Invite people
One at a time
Add an email; they get an invitation link valid for 14 days. New users land straight into your workspace.
In bulk via CSV
Upload a CSV of emails (and optional roles/groups). Useful for onboarding a whole department in one go.
Resend or revoke
Pending invitations can be re-sent or cancelled from the Members tab.
Credit groups
Credit groups cap how much pooled AI usage a sub-team can consume in a month. They are a budgeting tool, not a punishment.
Default group
Every new member joins the default group unless you place them elsewhere.
Per-group monthly cap
Set a credit cap per group. Once hit, members fall back to read-only AI features until reset or top-up.
Top-ups & Capacity Boost
Admins can buy a one-time Capacity Boost to unblock a group mid-month without changing the recurring plan.
Move members freely
Move people between groups any time — usage history follows them.
Members see "remaining credits this month" in the workspace. They don't see the group cap or other members' usage.
