The Org Library is the org-level shelf above each member's personal Library. Items here are managed centrally — when an admin updates a card, every member sees the new version next time they use it.
Brand voice, customer profile, regulated language. Don't put personal experiments here — they belong in members' own libraries.
Set it up
Pick the canonical assets
The 5–10 cards, personas and skills your team should always use. Less is more — a tight shelf gets used.
Curate them in one place
Either author them in the Org Library directly, or promote a member-built card with their permission.
Publish to the org
Members see the items in their picker the next time they open the Composer or Lab.
Review quarterly
Stale shared assets are worse than none. Set a recurring review with the team.
For one-off peer-to-peer sharing, members use Knowledge Gifts. The Org Library is for the things everyone should share by default.
