Knowledge Gifts let you hand a colleague a clean copy of a Context Card, format, or persona by email. They land in their Library as their own — they can edit, evolve, or delete without affecting yours.
A link to your card means they depend on you. A gift gives them their own copy. That's how knowledge actually spreads in a team without creating bottlenecks.
Steps
Open the card or persona
From the Library or from inside the Composer.
Click "Send as gift"
Add the recipient's email. They don't need a Keypra account yet — they'll be invited if not.
Add a one-line note
Tell them why you are sending it. "Use this for our brand voice on client emails" is more useful than "FYI".
They accept, it lands in their Library
They get a clean copy. Yours is unchanged. If you update yours later, you can re-gift.
If you want everyone in your org to share the same card or persona, use the Org Library instead — it is centrally managed and updates flow to everyone.
