    Set Up a Context Card

    Save background info you can reuse across all your prompts.

    What you'll build: A context card — like your team's guidelines or your project details — that you can attach to any prompt.

    ℹ️Before you start

    You'll need a Keypra account with at least one prompt created. If you haven't done that yet, start here.

    Steps

    Open Context Cards

    Click "Context Cards" in the left sidebar.

    Click "New Card"

    Choose a category: Technical, Business, Creative, or Custom.

    Name your card

    Use something clear, like "React Project Guidelines" or "Legal Review Standards."

    Pick an emoji

    Choose an emoji so you can spot it quickly in lists.

    Write the content

    Describe the context the AI needs. For a role, explain the expertise and tone. For a project, list the key rules and conventions.

    Save

    Click save. Your card is ready to use in the Composer.

    Nice work!

    Your new card appears in the Context Cards list with its emoji, name, and category. It also gets a short name (like @react-project-guidelines) so you can reference it quickly in your prompts.
