Fluency comes from short, frequent reps — not long sessions once a fortnight. This is the loop we recommend, and the one our Competence dashboard is built to reward.
The 10-minute loop
Pick one real task
Something you actually have to do today. Practice on real work, not synthetic exercises.
Draft in the Composer
Use blocks. Don't skip the role and the context — that's where the lift comes from.
Score in the Lab
Read the findings. Apply one — not all — and re-score.
Save the winner
If the prompt was useful, save it as a Document. If you'll do this task again, lift the reusable parts into a Context Card.
Run a Stress Test on your hardest prompt of the week, or promote a recurring job into a Skill in Skill Forge. That's where compounding kicks in.
The score is a coach, not a grade. A prompt that solves your problem at 78 beats one that scores 95 and doesn't.
