Some tasks need more than one prompt. The Workflow Builder lets you connect multiple prompts into a step-by-step process — where the output of one step feeds into the next. Think of it as building a recipe the AI follows automatically.
Click Workflows in the sidebar.
What you'll see
The workspace
A visual area where you lay out your steps. Drag steps from the toolbox, connect them together, and configure each one in the side panel.
Running your workflow
Click "Run" to start the process. Each step lights up as it runs, with its output visible along the way.
Step types
- Prompt — Runs a prompt using one of your documents and cards
- Condition — Takes a different path depending on what happened in the previous step
- Transform — Reshapes or reformats information between steps
- Merge — Combines results from multiple paths into one
- Connector — Connects to external tools and services
How to use it
Create a workflow
Click "New Workflow" and give it a name that describes what it does.
Add steps
Drag steps from the toolbox into your workspace.
Connect them
Click a step's output and drag it to the next step's input to set the order.
Configure each step
Click any step to choose which prompt, cards, and settings it should use.
Run it
Click "Run" and watch each step process in sequence. You'll see results as they come in.
Good to know
Your first workflow doesn't need to be complex. Try connecting just two prompts — like "Research" → "Summarize" — and build from there.
There are pre-built workflow patterns you can use as starting points. Browse, pick one, and customize it for your needs.
